The AZ Cup will operate 2 separate fields each shooting session. The divisions shooting will be assigned to the fields as listed below.

EAST FIELD
Masters (all divisions)
Cadets (Recurve Men, Compound Women)

MAIN FIELD
Seniors (all divisions)
Juniors (all divisions)
Cadets (Recurve Women, Compound Men)

ARCHERS & GENERAL SEATING
Archer’s seating will be provided under the canopies on both fields. Chairs will be staged to comply with the social distancing requirements implemented by the venue. Please do not move chairs or tables in the archer’s area.

There are additional canopies available on both fields that will be open for parents of the cadets & juniors and any spectators attending. There will be additional chairs on site, however, we will not be offering premium seating this year so no seating is guaranteed. We recommend that those able to bring their own chairs do so.

Private pop-ups & canopies will be permitted in the designated areas on each field. Pop-ups & canopies cannot be placed on the fields prior to Thursday 4/8. Please make sure that canopies left overnight are retracted so that they do not become sails that fly away in the AZ wind.

PRACTICE AT FIELDS
The Ben Avery Shooting Facility is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so there will be no fields open for practice. The Main Field (FITA range) is closed until April 8th.

Saturday 4/3/2021, Sunday 4/4/2021 & Wednesday (4/7/2021) the East field (broadhead range) will be open from 7:00am-3:00pm for paid practice. 50/60/70 meter distance available. Archers MUST reserve their spot and pre-pay the daily shooting fee to practice on this range these days. BASF maintains a headcount of all people on the grounds so please register for adult archers ($8), youth (free), and supervision (free). REGISTER HERE

THURSDAY UNOFFICIAL PRACTICE (4/8/2021)
The Main and East fields will be open for unofficial practice from 10:00am – 4:00pm to those archers that have paid the $10 fee HERE and have their wristband. Check-in will be open during this time for archers to pick up their shooter bags, pre-ordered merchandise and practice wristband.

    All Senior* & Master Divisions with 2 ends of practice.
    *Through medal matches except for Senior Age Classes
  • 1:00-2:30PM- LIVE Gold Medal Matches

CURRENT COVID-19 MEASURES (3/29/2021)
The tournament venue has the following mask and social distancing mandates in place.

Masks are required to be worn inside buildings and bathrooms.
Masks are required to be worn outside when a 6ft social distance is unable to be maintained.
This includes:
– Archer’s seating area
– General seating area
– At the bales
– Vendor area
– Portable toilets
– Equipment Inspection
– Check-In Tables
– Water Stations

Exceptions include while archers are at the shooting line. In the parking lot away from others and under private pop-up canopies when you are with members of the same household.
No more than 10 people may congregate in a group at one time.

Hand sanitizer pumps and hand washing stations will be available throughout the venue.
Seating will be sanitized between shooting sessions.

CANCELLATIONS
For archers that are unable to attend the tournament, please reach out to us to let us know. We still have Cadets and Juniors on the waitlist looking to shoot. If we are able to fill your spot we will offer a refund through 4/2/2021.
